Now they have a team of 8 teachers working at the training centre. Sister Denise manages the Montessori Training Centre in Mwanza but she is also involved in teaching as well. \u201cWe are doing fine so far. Its has been interesting over the years. However the challenge we face at the moment is enrolment of students, most people are not aware of the Montessori practical method of teaching.
