Before submitting your application, please check whether your project meets the funding criteria.
Please submit your project with the following documents:

- Cover letter
- Project document including information on the sponsorship and the partners involved
- Budget including financing plan, as well as information on other third party contributions
- Payment slip
In order to keep the applications as clear as possible, please refrain from presentations, reviews and other documents that are not listed above. Ideally, the project description should not exceed 10 pages. For applications submitted by post mail, please take care that the documents can be scanned and copied (in A4 / A3 format, not bound or glued). When submitting by email, the file size should not exceed 10 MB. If the file is still larger, please use wetransfer.com.
We need a lead time of several weeks to properly review your application. Ideally, you submit your application to us about 6 months ahead of project implementation. The board meetings take place on a quarterly basis. Decisions are communicated in writing , within two months of the meeting.
